Ham and Avocado Wrap

Today we had for lunch a ham wrap with yummy vegtables in a whole wheat tortilla.  We used 100% whole wheat tortilla from H.E.B. .  It had the lowest amount of calories than all the others, only 90!  I also ate it wrapped in just romaine lettuce and dipped it in Ginger Pear dressing (all natural), and only used a teaspoon per wrap.  So about 10 calories for that.   My kids even at this and loved it!   So it has to be good!

Ham and Avocado Wrap

1 whole wheat tortilla

2 slices of ham

handful of spinach leaves

3-4 slices of avocado

slice of tomato

a few ribbons of  red onion on top

Defintely something we will be trying more often!
